We build them as they are ordered and our normal production schedule begins in mid April and runs through the end of November. At present we still have nearly 30 orders being manufactured, we had to find a new manufacturer... we appreciate your patience, consideration and understanding. Please, don't fret, you will get your roaster... and for being patient and understanding, we eill also ship you a full sack of green chile as a bonus and thank you this year. Chile Roasters begin production again early 2nd quarter or early spring - no new orders will be taken until then.
